About Jim Fronapfel

Jim Fronapfel

I consider myself an artist in flux, probably always will be. I have styles I prefer at this time. I like growing, changing, but mostly finding a way to share visually what I see. To me art is rhythm and music that please the eye and soul. It is not just an image, rather an external translation of artist and subject, which has no end. My art is never finished. I just abandon pieces at a point worth sharing. I think the best art tells a story that only you can feel. I prefer capturing the figure, this is a timeless medium. I think I’ll leave it to you to see why. With this I hope to find the vision that attracts as much emotion as it portrays, maybe it will steal your sole.
